Losada Pajaro Rojo 2024

Mencía in its pure form

Fine, fresh, fruity wine. A rich jammy blackberry essence will captivate the fore of the tongue erupting into bright fresh juicy blackberries and red cherries on the mid-palate with herbaceous notes of sage and cinnamon.

Excellent with summer barbecues. Roasted duck. Seafood: salmon (Grilled Salmon with Teriyaki Shiitake) or tuna.
